Job Type : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM Monday to Saturday

Gender : Female

Experience : 1 year

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Growth Consultant to manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in qualifying leads understanding customer needs and driving business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from interested prospects and guide them through the next steps.
Make outbound calls to warm leads follow up on previous interactions and re-engage dormant leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products / services.
Maintain accurate lead records call outcomes and follow-up actions in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Prior experience in tele-calling inside sales or customer engagement preferred.

Confident persuasive and proactive approach to conversations.

Ability to learn quickly and explain offerings clearly.

Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
