Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Understand customer requirements and offer correct product / technology solutions. Prepare and submit timely technical and commercial proposals. Conduct regular follow-ups to close orders. Serve as a single point of contact for customer coordination. Maintain sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, CRM updates). Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Ensure timely payment collection from customers. Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the territory.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly order / shipments targets and quarterly opportunity pipeline goals.
- Drive sales growth across industry verticals and increase market share in your territory.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve annual booking and sales targets.
- Promote value selling and value communication at key accounts.
- Implement price increases across products and customers to improve margins.
