About the Role

We are seeking a Core IT Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end hiring for corporate technology roles. This position is central to building strong IT teams across enterprise functions, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, and acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You will partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies that deliver top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate IT roles (infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, cloud, security, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver targeted sourcing strategies.
• Provide market insights on IT talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Ensure process excellence by applying evidence‑based recruitment practices and leveraging ATS tools (Workday preferred).
• Act as a project manager for recruitment campaigns, ensuring timelines, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
