Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong client relationships.
  • You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and optimize customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in [industry-specific] environments.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
