Most of our business is concentrated on large turnkey industrial projects, although we also provide engineering, management, start-up and operating services for industrial plants.

We are currently looking for Buyer role with between 5 & 10 years experience in similar positions

Responsibilities

• 5 - 10 Years Experience as Buyer in Oil & Gas (EPC) Organisations
• Ensure compliance with directives and corporate / project procedures
• Commercial management of the assigned purchases and purchase orders
• Supplier and bidder evaluation and selection
• Launch of Requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bids
• Evaluation, clarification and negotiation of sound bids
• Issue of final Commercial Tabulation and recommendation
• Preparing of award proposals
• Issue and follow-up of approved Purchase Orders, including changes and final close out
• Coordinate and lead kick-off meetings and expediting tasks
• Expedite proactively fabrication and deliveries of suppliers
• Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project
• Support Madrid Office to eSupplier Portal Management : Vendors’ access administration, vendors´ access support, expedite, follow-up and validation of related info and offers received through
