Job Title : Project Head-Sales – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Analyze real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial real estate.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Back Office teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate industry regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4 years in a team leadership or head role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and MS Office.
