Key Responsibilities
- Monitor & support business-critical Mainframe applications in production.
- Analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLAs; perform root cause analysis.
- Handle JCL batch jobs, Cobol program investigations, and system ware log analysis.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Perform environment checks, health monitoring, and proactive stability improvements.
- Create and maintain support documents, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend deployments as required.
- Use Dynatrace and other monitoring tools for performance troubleshooting.
- Automate recurring / manual tasks with Unix shell scripts.
