Experience : 8+ years

Job Description

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Strong knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules of CRM.
  • Proven experience in D365 Online (Customization & Configuration).
  • Hands-on expertise with Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps.
  • Solid experience in data migration and CRM integrations.
  • Minimum 3–4 end-to-end CRM implementations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple parallel projects efficiently.
  • CRM Certification (Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365) is an added advantage.

    • Additional Requirements (Based on Role)

    For Azure Function Role :

  • Experience integrating CRM with Azure Functions and cloud-based workflows.

    • For Integration Role :

  • Proven experience in Inbound and Outbound integrations with Microsoft Dynamics CRM — must be clearly mentioned in the resume.
