🎯 Experience : 2-5 Years
💻 Work Schedule : 6 days a week (non-negotiable)
Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong understanding of user personas, journeys, and all available data sources.
- Build and manage user cohorts, and create visual dashboards to track key funnel and business metrics.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product and business decisions.
- Design and execute A / B experiments to measure the impact of features and optimize performance.
- Partner with the founders to shape data-driven strategies and guide Jumbo’s growth through actionable insights
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in data / product analyst roleStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience of churning and managing high volumes of data and drawing actionable insightsExpertise in Excel, SQL, No sql and PythonFamiliarity with tools such as Mixpanel, CleverTap, MetabaseNice to Have :
Experience working with leadership to articulate, refine, and prioritise product questionsPrior work experience in RMG or consumer apps such as e-commerce & socialBenefits :
