Job Description :

As a Team Lead, you will work closely with your team to support their use of the platform and drive continuous improvement in development practices.

Your reporting head values innovation and will welcome your recommendations on improving processes and approaches.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on design, coding, and troubleshooting.
• Architect highly scalable and highly available systems with minimal guidance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible designs.
• Work closely with team members to deliver complete solutions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.
• Participate in all phases of the agile development cycle, including planning, design,implementation, review, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Advocate for and practice Agile methodologies within the team.
• Strive for continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
• Implement and maintain APIs using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
