About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and optimize our AI-driven Document Intelligence system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and open-source AI frameworks to extract and structure data from unstructured documents efficiently and securely

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop ML / NLP models for document understanding and content extraction.
• Build OCR + NLP pipelines and leverage frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
• Fine-tune transformer-based models (BERT, LayoutLM, Donut, etc.) for structured output.
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt-based extraction, and agentic AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to deploy scalable AI services.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in ML mandatory.
