  • . As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a seasoned  Business Development Manager  to spearhead our expansion efforts across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Expansion :  Identify and develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra, focusing on untapped regions and emerging markets.
  • Client Acquisition :  Establish and nurture relationships with polymer product manufacturers, traders, and exporters to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Targets :  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and closing high-value deals.
  • Product Promotion :  Promote our range of polymer materials to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
  • Market Intelligence :  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration :  Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting :  Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Experience :  Minimum of 5–10 years in business development or sales within the polymer, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Network :  Established connections with  polymer product manufacturers, traders, importers and exporters across Maharashtra.
  • Skills :  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge :  In-depth understanding of the polymer industry, including market dynamics, pricing, and applications.
  • Education :  Bachelor&aposs degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Location :  Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujrat to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Location :

    Across Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, and other key industrial hubs)
