Key Responsibilities :
Market Expansion : Identify and develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra, focusing on untapped regions and emerging markets.Client Acquisition : Establish and nurture relationships with polymer product manufacturers, traders, and exporters to expand our customer base.Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and closing high-value deals.Product Promotion : Promote our range of polymer materials to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum of 5–10 years in business development or sales within the polymer, chemicals, or related industries.Network : Established connections with polymer product manufacturers, traders, importers and exporters across Maharashtra.Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the polymer industry, including market dynamics, pricing, and applications.Education : Bachelor&aposs degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Location : Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujrat to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.Location :
