Voya is currently seeking an Accounting Policy Lead or Manager with technical accounting expertise and the ability to research and interpret complex accounting issues within a SOX-compliant environment.

This role is responsible for providing leadership in technical accounting, collaborating cross-functionally, developing and implementing policies, and fostering process improvements.

Key Accounting Leadership :

• Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting standards under US GAAP, Statutory, and other relevant frameworks.
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation regarding accounting treatment for complex or unusual transactions.
• Draft, update, and maintain internal technical accounting policies to ensure adherence to current standards.
