Job description

Participate in the development of policies, processes, and procedures, and actively interact and develop positive relationships with primary customers, colleagues, and Permanents

Establish and maintain governance, delivery methodology, framework

Development and administration of integration / middleware using Oracle SOA Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Promote effective teamwork, demonstrate continuous learning, and encourage innovation in others

Responsible and accountable for delivering high standards of work quality and performance

Lead and motivate talented workforce on the team

Develop training and development plans as required

Manage daily assignments

Participate in identifying corporate goals, as well as strategic and business planning and evaluation. Participate in the implementation of new initiatives
