Manager, Client Servicing

We are looking for an experienced client servicing professional who brings both strategic insight and a hands-on approach to managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to understand client objectives, define project requirements, address concerns proactively and maintain clear and consistent communication throughout each engagement.

The role involves managing multiple accounts, ranging from advertising campaigns and corporate films to publication design and corporate events.

The role :

  • Understand and document client briefs and brand requirements into specific actionable items for the teams internally
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget and are aligned with client objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery as per the timelines committed
  • Provide inputs to and work closely with the design team to develop the final creatives
  • Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happen on time
  • Prepare pitches and proposals for existing and potential clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients

Requirements and eligibility :

  • 4+ years of client servicing and account management experience in an advertising, publishing or communications agency
  • Flawless command of written and spoken English
  • Good time management skills with attention to detail
  • Organised, creative and geared to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
  • Remuneration will be at par with industry standards and in line with your qualifications and experience.
