Job description

Job Title : Admin Executive (MZM Care Foundation)

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 3+ years

Salary offered :  3.5 to 4 LPA

Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Tasks

1. Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.

2. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

3. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and guests.

4. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

  • Communication and Correspondence
  • 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the organization, responding to phone calls, emails, and mail.

    2. Draft and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

    3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.

  • Event Planning and Management
  • 1. Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events.

    2. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.

  • Financial Management
  • 1. Assist with financial tasks, such as processing donations, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.

    2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

  • IT and Data Management
  • 1. Maintain and update the organization's website, social media, and other online platforms.

    2. Manage and analyze data to inform program development and fundraising strategies.

  • Governance and Compliance
  • 1. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    2. Maintain accurate records of board meetings, minutes, and decisions.

  • Other Responsibilities
  • 1. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

    2. Provide support for campaigns and donor relations.

    3. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

    Note : The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the size, scope, and mission of the organization.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Admin roles, preferably in NGO or similar professional services environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
