Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members.
2. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and guests.
4. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

2. Draft and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
3. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.

2. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
