A company is hiring a Mainframe SME zLinux Middleware Administrator with the following details

Experience : 8+ years
Locations : Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida

Key Responsibilities

Middleware Administration : Manage OpenShift, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and IBM MQ on IBM Z / Linux

Containerization : Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift operators

Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize OpenShift cluster performance, scaling, and resource allocation

Security : Enforce best practices for WebSphere and OpenShift security hardening, and implement SSL / TLS encryption, LDAP authentication, OAuth, and RBAC policies

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve middleware performance issues, application failures, and system crashes

Required Skills

OpenShift and WebSphere : Experience with OpenShift, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and IBM MQ

Kubernetes and Containerization : Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications

Monitoring and Logging : Experience with Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) for real-time system and application monitoring

Security and Compliance : Knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability assessments, patch management, and compliance audits
