Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage strategic R&D programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program management for multiple R&D projects across product lines.

Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and cost optimization.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D ecosystem.

Represent Havells’ Make in India vision in all program initiatives and external collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.

8+ years of experience in program / project management within R&D or technology-driven organizations.

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and engineering processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
