Risk Intelligence Manager

About the Role :

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven problem solver who can bridge Risk, Fraud, and Marketing analytics . This role sits at the intersection of business intelligence and data engineering — helping FatakPay optimize customer acquisition, risk control, and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into credit, fraud, and marketing data to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards and automation scripts across LOS, LMS, CRM, and marketing platforms
• Partner with Product and Risk teams to strengthen rule engines, campaign efficiency, and loss prevention
• Track daily business KPIs : disbursement funnel, repeat rates, CAC, LTV, repayment health
• Present insights and growth opportunities directly to leadership
