Job Title - Research Associate

Duration - 3 months

Job Summary

Sambodhi is currently looking to hire Research Associate from across India to provide technical and operational support to our evaluation, research and technical assistance projects across India. The position is based at Sambodhi head office in Delhi-NCR. The work-mix includes project execution and field work. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to contribute to high quality multi-input development programs

Essential Functions

The candidate will perform the following key functions :

• Undertaking Literature Reviews
• Drafting and Preparing Policy briefs and Reports
• Planning tools for assessing quality of childcare in LMIC contexts
• Planning and organizing consultations on ECD and Childcare – identifying participants, email and RSVP coordination, managing event logistics
• Preparing consultation and reports
• Any other task in congruence to above

Desired profile

Education - M aster of Arts in Early Childhood Education, Masters in Education Policy , Masters of Arts in Child Development or Other related social science discipline.

Experience - 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in Child Protection, Education and Skilling
