About the Role :

Independently correspond and send product notes for L1 connects – L&D, HR. Work with Senior Solutions Design / Lead Solutions Design to craft the first level of design.

Responsibilities :

• Track customer conversations and close any pending solutions.
• Communicate regularly with KAMs on status updates and schedule meetings with customers.
• Maintain the solutions repository.
• Collaborate with MarCom / Marketing team to draft success stories and case studies for website and social media campaigns.
• Content Designing.

Qualification :

Any Graduation or Post Graduation
