We are looking for a highly organized and creative Creative Content Writer to not just create but own and execute our brand’s content and communication strategy. This role involves end-to-end management of content marketing campaigns, production workflows, and sales enablement assets to ensure consistent storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Calendar Management
- Own and manage the complete content marketing calendar across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.
- Align content initiatives with campaigns, product launches, and sales priorities.
- Content Development & Execution
- Create and oversee production of sales enablement collaterals including brochures, flyers, research papers, and consumer insight reports.
- Manage social media content calendar and ensure timely, impactful execution.
- Oversee copywriting and creative production of BTL collaterals such as banners, hoardings, standees, and other on-ground activation materials.
- Lead planning and execution of indoor and outdoor brand shoots, consumer-facing webinars, and digital video commercials (DVCs).
- Coordinate with agencies, production partners, and design teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product, design, and leadership teams to craft impactful narratives and assets.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
- Team & Workflow Management
- Manage writers, designers, and external agencies / freelancers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee quality control — editing, reviewing, and refining content to maintain brand tone and standards.
- Performance & Optimization
- Track performance of content campaigns, webinars, and collaterals to measure effectiveness.
- Derive insights to improve future content planning and execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.8+ years of experience in content management, brand communication, or integrated marketing.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Experience in managing agencies, production shoots, and digital campaigns.Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Apply Now :
