About the Role

Are you data-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about e-commerce As a Category Manager, you'll own the business strategy for your category — driving selection expansion, pricing excellence, and customer experience.

You'll lead initiatives that blend analytics, supplier partnerships, and marketing innovation to achieve rapid growth and profitability in your category portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow Selection & Manage Partnerships:
• Identify customer needs, onboard top brands, and negotiate strong commercial terms to expand category offerings.
• Drive Pricing & Demand:
• Design competitive pricing, run promotional campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize traffic and conversion.
• Business Planning & Insights:
• Own category P&L and create short- and long-term growth plans. Present key performance metrics and strategic insights to leadership.
• Innovation & Process Excellence:
• Build scalable systems, automate workflows, and bring global best practices to accelerate growth.

Basic Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in category management, e-commerce, or retail
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering measurable results
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and executional rigor
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree from a Tier-1 institution
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail, or FMCG sectors
