  • Looking for experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a customer-facing sales role (preferably in home interiors, real estate, or lifestyle products).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement :
  • Initiate and maintain proactive communication with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their home interior needs and preferences.
  • Product / Service Promotion :
  • Clearly communicate the value of our home interior solutions, focusing on quality, design aesthetics, and functionality. Schedule meetings with our design and sales team for further consultation.
  • Lead Generation :
  • Source and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and database outreach. Leverage industry contacts and internal resources to grow your pipeline.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and providing guidance throughout their decision-making process.
