Job Title : 3D Designer (Residential & Commercial Projects)

Package - 3 LPA to 4.50 LPA

Job Summary :

The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and renderings for residential and commercial architectural projects. The role involves collaborating with architects, interior designers, and clients to translate design concepts into realistic 3D visuals that effectively communicate design intent.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop detailed 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial spaces using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or Blender.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand project requirements and design intent.

Prepare conceptual and presentation visuals for client meetings and design approvals.

Create accurate lighting, textures, and material mapping to achieve photorealistic output.

Ensure all 3D visuals align with the architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations.

Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets, materials, and models.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visuals as per deadlines.

Assist in creating layout presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
