The Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Study Abroad Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for education and a desire to help students embark on life-changing international experiences. The Advisor will be the primary point of contact for students, providing comprehensive guidance throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Student Advising : Advise and counsel prospective students on suitable study abroad destinations, universities, academic programs, and available scholarships tailored to their goals and profiles.

Application Support : Guide students through the entire application process, including form completion, essay / SOP review, and submission to partner institutions.

Documentation & Logistics : Assist students with essential paperwork, including visa documentation, financial aid forms, and pre-departure checklists.

Market Knowledge : Stay continuously updated on the latest trends, policies, and developments within the international education sector across various countries.

Preparation Assistance : Provide assistance with student preparation, including mock interviews, and basic guidance on standardized test preparation.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with partner universities and institutions abroad.

Personalized Support : Offer continuous, personalized support and guidance to students, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in making crucial academic and career decisions.

Requirements :

Experience : 0–2 years of experience in education counselling, customer service, sales, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant passion are encouraged to apply.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively corresponding with students, parents, and international partners.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse individuals.

Passion : A genuine passion for international education and a commitment to ensuring student success.

Work Ethic : Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven working environment.

Industry Knowledge (Plus) : Prior knowledge or familiarity with the study abroad application and visa process is a significant advantage but is not mandatory as training will be provided.
