QA Engineer (Dealer Technology Platform)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in Dealer Portal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing and good to have hands-on knowledge of automation using Playwright and Tricentis. You will be responsible for validating native functionalities through frontend validation and backend validation includes API testing and checking database records using SQL queries and joins and ensuring the accuracy of data flow across the systems. Good experience on API Testing through Postman.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Validate native functionalities of dealer portal applications.
• Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking data against database records.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different modules.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and resolve defects.
• Perform regression, integration, End to End and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Xray.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery pipelines
• Proactively identify areas for quality improvement and work with QA chapter to mitigate the risks.
