Location : Bangalore | Work Mode : Onsite

We are looking for a Creative Director – Video Editing / Shooting to lead video-first storytelling at Digi9 . The role covers end-to-end content creation, from conceptualizing and shooting videos to editing and enhancing them for maximum social media impact.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video campaigns for social media.
Edit using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or Capcut (mandatory proficiency in at least one).
Add motion graphics / effects to elevate storytelling.
Build and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
Optimize videos for social media algorithms to maximize reach.
Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify engagement.

Must-Have Skills

Strong video storytelling and editing ability.

Hands-on camera handling and shooting experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Capcut (at least one is mandatory).

Awareness of social media algorithms and trends.

Ability to plan and manage content calendars.

Good-to-Have

Experience in EdTech, creative agencies, or digital marketing.

Basic audio editing and sound design.

Familiarity with social media analytics.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on video creation experience with a strong portfolio.
