Sr. RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere

Job Summary : As a Senior RPA Developer with a strong background in Business Analysis.

You will be responsible for documenting, designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions using Automation Anywhere 360. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Your responsibilities will include eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end-users.

A minimum of 5 years of experience with the Automation Anywhere platform, including at least 2 years in a Business Analyst role, is essential.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, define project scope, and gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA development.
• Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation and understanding.
• Communicate any changes, enhancements, or modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of issues and solutions.
• Design detailed automated processes and develop end to end solutions.
• Work closely with the team to understand business processes and requirements.
• Perform testing and maintain documentation.
• Create detailed process designs and user stories.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and develop effective solutions.
• Engage with the business in user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Assist with post-implementation analysis and validation activities.
