Java Technical Lead

You'll lead a high-performance team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure delivery of robust systems that meet quality standards. Proficiency in speaking and understanding business Japanese. Ability to fluently conduct business meetings in JapaneseKey Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications; serve as both hands-on contributor and team leader.
• Define and implement architectural strategy, including scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Technical and Product Managers to plan and execute project initiatives effectively.
• Oversee code review processes, enforce engineering best practices, and promote deliverables with high code quality.
• Engage in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) to foster team collaboration and rapid development cycles.
• Mentor junior developers, guide technical growth, and uphold standard practices.
• Work closely in small agile teams to deliver well-integrated products with proper documentation and reusable components.Technical Requirements :
• Java Expertise : Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Java 8 / 11 / 17.
• Frameworks : Deep proficiency in Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, JPA / Hibernate.
• Microservices Architecture : Experience building scalable, distributed services.
• Databases : Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optionally NoSQL or caching tools (Redis, Elasticsearch).
