Job descriptionRequired project data needs to be collected for schedule preparation - Project details, Financial model, Site Map, Location Preparation of project launch schedule in aligment to baseline date Schedule needs to be published in standard format to stakeholders with all necessary reports Delay, Minutes of Meeting, Baseline schedule, Schedule updates, Progress reports needs to be documented Provide the compherensive status update of all projects Design schedule is prepared using the standard template & signoff from stakeholders Updation of Marathon Dashboard for 'Design' Goals & actuals for new projects Provide escalation & communication matrix for the project Schedule tasks needs to be detailed in discussion with stakeholders Autodesk construction cloud project set up Preparation of schedule with available data : 2 projects / year Conducting meeting and updating schedule : 52 weekly updates / year Publish of schedule to stakeholders as per standard protocol : 26 fortnigjtly updates / year Design schedule preparation as per standard template : 2 projects / year Updation of Marathon Dashboard for 'Design' Goals & actuals for new projects : 12 monthly updates / year Autodesk construction cloud project set up : 2 projects / year
PURPOSE :
The role involves developing comprehensive new project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Planning - Effectively collabrate with team & prepare a realistic schedule including milestones, resource allocation and deliverables
- Tracking & Monitoring - Ensure timely updates are taken from the respective stakeholders and identify deviaition / delays
- Collabrate with Liasioning, Design functions, Marketing, Sales for updates
- Ensure to update quality remarks and delay reason against the tasks in the schedule
- Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders
