Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Project Delivery
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end strategic Finance programs (eg. Purchase To Pay tool implementation, EPM implementation, Process Optimization..).
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of project managers.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
2. Governance & Risk Management
Implement and maintain governance frameworks and reporting standards.Monitor project performance, manage dependencies, and escalate risks or delays when needed.Oversee financial tracking, budget management, and resource planning.3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
Act as a key point of contact for project sponsors and executive stakeholders.Drive alignment across business functions and geographies.Contribute to the broader Finance transformation narrative through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.4. Change & Communication Strategy
Ensure effective change management practices are embedded into all core projects.Collaborate with the Change Management team to support training, communication, and user adoption activities.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Must have :
Experience : 12–15 years in project or program management, ideally within a Finance Transformation or Consulting environment (Big 4).o Strong understanding of Finance processes and systems (Sage X3, Basware, Board knowledge is a plus).
Project Skills : Solid background in governance, budget tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.o Proven experience in managing large-scale Finance transformation programs.
o Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead teams and complex projects across international and matrixed organizations.Mindset : Strategic thinker with strong operational execution; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.Communication : Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership& fluency in english.
