Position : FP&A Manager

Experience Required : 3–5 years

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)

Budget : ₹15–18 LPA

Location : Andheri (W), Mumbai

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as an FP&A Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, business planning, and management reporting, with proven expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled financial tools. This role requires excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models across business units.
Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and sensitivity analysis to highlight key drivers of performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business KPIs using Power BI and other visualization tools.
Support senior management with strategic planning, scenario building, and profitability analysis.
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and cost optimization.
Drive process improvements in FP&A, including automation of reporting and adoption of digital finance tools.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas), Power BI, and exposure to AI-based analytics / automation.

Strong understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, and business performance metrics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience

CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience in a corporate or consulting environment.

Exposure to working with Listed Companies is strongly preferred.

Immediate or Early Joiners will be preferred.

Prior experience in high-growth / multinational / tech-driven environments will be an added advantage.

Compensation

CTC Range : ₹15–18 LPA (based on skills and experience).
