Production Support Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

3-4 years of experience in an application support, technical support.

Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or lending industry is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

Basic to intermediate proficiency in

SQL

for querying and analyzing data.

Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

Experience with a ticketing system like

JIRA .

Basic understanding of application logs and monitoring tools.

Experience with integration technologies (SOAP / REST etc.)

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub / Bitbucket).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Solid understanding of InfoSec principles, secure coding practices, and vulnerability management.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and integrating security checks.

Work closely with DevOps, QA, and InfoSec teams to ensure secure software delivery pipelines.
