Qualification :
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business / project goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and develop business relationships with partners and customer, which is vital for the success of the project and business continuity.
- Develop full-scale Test Strategies, Test plans, Test Schedule, and associated communications documents / process.
- Estimate the effort and Budget Required based on the scope and change in demand.
- Manage, Track, Monitor and Report Testing KPIs and SLAs.
- Document, Implement, Monitor, and Enforce all Processes for Testing as per Standards Defined by the Organization / customer.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and the milestones and deliverables.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive. action and accountability for their assigned work both at Onshore and Offshore.
- Well versed with Test and QA process, Knowledge on Testing methodologies and relevant tools.
- Good experience in Team management, Communication Skills, interpersonal skills, Risk mitigations and Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Automation & NFT.
- Generate ideas and solutions to optimize and transform delivery.
Qualification & Technical Skills :
Bachelor's degree (or Masters) in Computer Science or related field.20-24 years of testing experience, including 5+ years of experience in managing large scale testingDeliveries.
Must have managed a minimum team of 200+ Testing Resources.Strong knowledge of DevOps, Agile processes and associated tools.
