Most sales closers spend their days convincing people to buy things they don't need. This job is different.

You'll be talking to working professionals who've been suffering from anxiety for years some for over a decade. They've tried everything. Spent lakhs on doctors, psychiatrists, medicines, therapy. Nothing worked. They're desperate for a solution that actually helps them get their life back.

That's where we come in.

Rajsaysinspire helps people beat anxiety permanently in 5-7 weeks through our proven Mind Trinity Method. We're not another meditation app or therapy platform. We get real results. Our clients get off medicines, stop panic attacks, sleep better, and become independent, no longer dependent on anything or anyone to manage their anxiety.

Here's what you'll do :

Handle 3-4 warm inbound calls daily with people who are already familiar with us and ready to invest ₹45,000 in getting their life back. These aren't cold leads. They’ve paid us a certain amount to get on a call, already consumed our content, watched our testimonials, and they want help.

You'll also generate 30 additional calls monthly through your own outreach efforts.

Your conversations won't be about "selling." They'll be about understanding someone's pain, health anxiety, panic attacks, fears of dying, inability to step out of the house and showing them there's a way out. You'll be closing deals that genuinely change lives.

The numbers :

• 72-90 calls per month from inbound flow
• 30 calls generated by you through outreach
• Minimum 20% close rate expected (14 deals monthly)
• Daily huddles at 10 AM (Mon-Fri via Zoom)
• End-of-day reporting and CRM updates
• Available on Slack 9 AM-6 PM IST

What you'll earn :

Base salary : ₹15-20k / month (guaranteed, because we're not running a pure commission scheme)

Commission : 10% on every closed deal, paid when cash is collected

Your ticket size : ₹45,000 per client

At 20% close rate (13 deals / month) : ₹58,500 / month

At 40% close rate (29 deals / month) : ₹1,35,000 / month

Top performers hit 40%. The earning potential is real if you can close.

You're the right person if :

You've closed high-ticket deals before (minimum ₹30k+ ticket size). You understand consultative selling isn't about scripts or pressure tactics. You know how to listen, ask the right questions, handle objections with empathy, and close with confidence.

You're comfortable working remotely, managing your own time, and staying disciplined without supervision. You can work Monday-Saturday, 48 hours / week.

Most importantly you genuinely care about helping people. Our clients are suffering. Some have been stuck for 10 years. When you close a deal, you're not just hitting a quota. You're giving someone their life back.

You're NOT the right fit if :

You need training wheels to close deals. You get shaken by objections like "I need to think about it" or "It's expensive." You think sales is just about talking fast and sounding confident.
