Overview :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.
- This role is ideal for an individual with 4-6 years of experience in product management, a strong track record of launching and scaling successful products, and a mandatory MBA degree.
- The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on executor, and an excellent cross-functional leader capable of driving the product vision from concept to launch and growth.
- This role involves significant P&L responsibility and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Vision : Define and articulate a compelling product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives, leveraging strong business acumen developed through an MBA.Market & Customer Insight : Conduct rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities, pain points, and unmet needs.Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product requirements.Product Development & Execution :
Own the product life cycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.Write detailed Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with Engineering, Design (UX / UI), and Data Science teams in an agile environment to ensure timely and quality delivery.Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.Business Acumen & Performance :
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics (e. , adoption, engagement, retention, LTV, CAC).Own the business case for new features and products, including financial modeling and forecasting, demonstrating strong financial literacy from an MBA background.Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle.Go-to-Market (GTM) : Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and execute successful GTM plans, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement materials.Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary product expert and evangelist.Effectively communicate product updates, strategy, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.Qualifications and Skills :
Required :
Experience : 4-6 years of professional experience in Product Management.Education : Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution is mandatory.Technical Proficiency : A solid understanding of software development processes (Agile / Scrum), web and mobile technologies, and data analysis tools ( SQL, Amplitude, Google Analytics).Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete product strategies and roadmaps.Leadership : Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills for executive-level audiences(ref : iimjobs.com)
