Act as liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment team members to ensure smooth interview logistics and communication
Utilize ATS platforms and scheduling tools to track candidate progress, send confirmations, and maintain accurate interview records
Provide exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, timely updates, and efficient coordination of interview processes
Support recruitment team operations by managing interview feedback collection, rescheduling requests, and ensuring compliance with hiring protocols
Must be willing to work night shift to support US time zones
