Responsibilities-
- Acting as the point of contact to manage HR compliances and Local
Labour Laws.
Ensuring all statutory and regulatory HR compliance requirements are met,including PF, EPS, ESI, and other applicable labor laws.
Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, returns, and challansindependently in accordance with compliance timelines.
Conduct audits and investigations and prepare the required documents.Addressing and resolving queries from candidates and hiring leaders regardingmandatory new hire documents, onboarding, and compliance matters.

Skills Required
Education / Professional Experience-
Graduate degree in any discipline.5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Employment / Labour Laws, with a strong focus on statutory compliance.Technical & Compliance Skills-
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance including PF, EPS, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable Acts.Ability to independently prepare and manage statutory returns, challans, andregisters.
Ability to conduct audits and investigations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
