Recruitment Team Lead

Responsibilities :

  • Review and assess CVs and candidate applications against job specifications.
  • Assess the CVs shared by recruiters, and shortlist qualified candidates to be shared to client.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are confirmed.
  • Prepare interview packs for hiring managers, including candidate CVs and interview schedules.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with recruiters in the team throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed of interview updates and next steps.
  • Daily status updates to the Account Managers.
  • Assist Account Managers in client meetings (as needed) and liaise with clients in their absence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on all recruitment activities assigned.
  • Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in an IT recruitment role.
  • Singapore / Malaysia recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Team Lead experience is required.
  • Extensive understanding of IT Skills, able to screen CVs based in IT as well as in banking roles independently.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiations and managing offers.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Employment pass considerations will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
