■Role : Senior Chartered Accountant・Location : Remote or On-site(Need business trip to Bangalore or any other city on a periodic basis)・Employment Type : Full-time・Experience : 5+ Years■About UsHAKKI Fleet Management Pvt Ltd is the India subsidiary of HAKKI Group, a Japan based finance and leasing company operating in Kenya, South Africa, and India. Across the group, we have supported over 4,000 taxi drivers through auto-finance and leasing solutions since 2018. We are also preparing for an IPO in Japan within the next two years, and the India entity is a critical strategic hub for that.In India, as an official fleet partner with Uber, we currently operate a fleet of 300+ taxi vehicles in Bangalore. Our business model includes operating lease, driver management and fleet operations.■Key Responsibilities・Take full ownership of statutory audits, tax audits, and group audits (Japan HQ consolidation)・Ensure compliance with Ind-AS (our reporting standard) and coordinate with auditors・Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, including financial statements preparation・Prepare and review MIS reports, business performance dashboards, and board reporting・Manage taxation, including TDS, GST, payroll accounting, and statutory filings・Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and fund utilization reporting・Provide financial insights to the leadership team to support decision-making during rapid scaling■Requirements・Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience・Strong understanding of Ind-AS (must-have; our company uses Ind-AS)・Experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance・Hands-on experience with Tally・Strong English communication skills・Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-style environment・High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and reliability
