Finance & Treasury Analyst

Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary Finance & Treasury Analyst to drive the transformation of our Corporate Finance System technical integration, maintenance and support interacting with Finance digital leads, business stakeholders and subject matter experts in the various Finance teams and core functions such as Accounting, Controllership, Treasury and tax. This individual will understand the business, systems and user needs to design digital solutions to business problems, applying Agile methodologies. The individual ideally has experience in Treasury business processes and platforms, with implementations across multiple teams in a large multinational corporation or in another complex environment

Key Responsibilities :

 Serve as a member of the our Digital Technology team supporting Finance digital projects, analyzing and defining requirements with the Treasury lead, corporate / business unit teams and third parties, to orchestrate digital projects that enable the Finance organization.

 Support the TSA exit objectives, clone and cleanse environments, building integrations with existing systems, partnering with our Functional and Digital teams to ensure efficient transition and steady state operations.

 Provide initial setup, maintenance and support of Business Controls system configurations & technical integrations leveraging best practices to support digital transformation projects to meet or exceed customer requirements, ultimately ensuring success as defined by our business partners.

 Collaborate with project teams, provide technical assistance to implementations and operations to ensure business success, maximize solution quality, and drive user adoption.

 Support development of acceptance criteria and business capabilities, by analyzing and documenting solutions based on application capabilities, data analysis, user stories, and stakeholder feedback.

 Support communication plans for timelines and change management activities related to enterprise application projects.

 Partner with our software and service suppliers to understand software capability for roadmap and knowledge transfer, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, cost- effective solutions.

 Provide tactical support for the overall Finance transformation goals, including shared services enablement, next generation expense reporting, global treasury solutions, Payroll innovation, and process simplification / optimization across the board.

 Support Digital and Finance cross-functional teams, by providing functional assistance for Business Controls, Treasury applications and systems.

 Support ongoing operations to ensure enterprise applications are performing as expected and meeting business requirements

Qualifications :

 Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with 5+ years of experience.

 OR 3+ yrs in Treasury / Finance for a large organization or working for any financial institution.

 Experience with Treasury, Finance and / or other corporate system implementations (e.g., BA with SAP Treasury / Kyriba / Any TMS – Treasury Management System implementation).

 Knowledge and working of Treasury functions (FX, Trading, Derivatives, Cash Management, Payments and Wires – ISO payments, Intercompany loans, Cash pools, etc.)

 Hands-on experience with creating Agile artifacts, Documents, Process maps from scratch.

 Strong organizational skills and experience working with decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed company.

 Action oriented and results driven with an ability to execute new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.

 Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive, with a good understanding of system design and business strategy and the ability to translate strategy into viable technology solutions.

Technical Skills :

 Ability to communicate with key business partners clearly and concisely is essential.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

 Be knowledgeable in Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

 Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders effectively.

 Adequate English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams.
