Job Title : Oracle AI Agents Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle AI Agents Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Design agentic workflows for common Oracle processes including tool selection, guardrails, and escalation paths.
• Implement RAG pipelines over Oracle data with vector retrieval, policy filters, and lineage.
• Build OCI-native services to orchestrate agent tools; package and deploy via DevOps pipelines.
• Integrate securely with Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion SaaS REST / SOAP, and event frameworks.
• Ship user experiences for chat, copilots, and agent control centers.
• Instrument & govern : define KPIs, add telemetry, eval harnesses, prompt tests, A / Bs, red-teaming, PII masking, RBAC, and audit trails.
• Partner with SMEs to convert policies / SOPs into deterministic tools + LLM policies.
• Production ownership : SLOs, cost controls, model / version rollouts, prompt / config registries, and incident playbooks.

About the Role :

This is a part-time remote role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, analysis of business requirements, and integration of AI solutions within Oracle ERP systems.
