Job Summary :

To join our team in Ahmedabad, we are now looking for an experienced US Accounting Executive with 3-5 years of experience. You will be an integral component of our accounting department&aposs support team and be responsible for ensuring the correctness and effectiveness of financial operations as a US Accounting Executive.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize various accounting software to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Meet tight deadlines while handling multiple accounting tasks for management.
• Perform essential reporting duties, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and upload journal entries accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements, researching and recording any outstanding cash items.
• Leverage strong Excels skills for data analysis and report preparation.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets, fixed assets, and more.
• Reconcile intercompany balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare month-end closing reconciliation files to support timely financial reporting.
• Handle monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse open items, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Experience in a shared service organization is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interactant communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
