Manage 15-20 Product installations

Provide support to tickets raised by Customer

Should be able to handle escalations

Manage team of 10-15 people.

Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.

Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion

Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.

Review functional / technical work accomplished by the team.

Implement relevant industry best practices for support product installations

Collaborate with the team to enhance their skill set.

Develop and execute a personalized development plan.

Skill Requirement : Technology :

Java, Spring and Hibernate
Spring Boot, Spring Data
Angular, Javascript CSS
Full stack development experience
SQL and MySQL
Implementation of SOLID principles
Experience in designing a software module
Understanding of microservices using Spring Boot
Performance Optimization Java / Database

Functional / Domain :

Lending domain Loan Origination, Loan Management Delinquency Management

Planning :

Work breakdown and sizing the work

Soft Skills :

Tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders
Team and team skill building
