Job descriptionEducation : Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience leading a telemarketing team, preferably in the bank loan or financial services sector. Strong understanding of loan products and customer eligibility criteria. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Malayalam and English. Good computer and CRM handling skills. Preference : Female candidates.

Job Summary
Link for Loans Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Telemarketer Team Lead with strong leadership skills and experience in the bank loan sector. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team of telemarketers, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective customer communication to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Guide the team in promoting various bank loan products (personal, home, business, etc.).
- Monitor call performance and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure service quality.
- Track team productivity, maintain lead records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to align team efforts with company goals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new telemarketing team members.
