The Purchase Head will lead and manage end-to-end procurement for BPTP’s Clubs and Sales Galleries. The role requires strong expertise in SAP HANA, vendor management, cost optimization, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience from hospitality or premium F&B environments, ensuring quality sourcing, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Execution
Lead procurement operations for Clubs & Sales Galleries, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs and budgets.
Manage purchase cycles including PR / PO processing, negotiations, order finalization, and delivery tracking.
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors across F&B, club operations, services, consumables, and equipment.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality standards, timely supplies, and competitive pricing.
Drive periodic vendor performance reviews and contract renewals.
SAP HANA & Systems Management
Utilize SAP HANA for procurement planning, purchase tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and smooth integration with finance and operations.
Compliance, Controls & Audit
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, statutory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Maintain complete documentation, agreements, and audit-ready records.
Conduct internal compliance checks and support external audits as required.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present procurement MIS, cost analyses, savings dashboards, and monthly performance reports.
Highlight gaps, risks, and improvement areas proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, club management, F&B teams, admin, finance, and projects to align procurement with operational needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast requirements and ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA procurement modules.
Expertise in hospitality procurement (clubs, hotels, premium F&B).
Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor development skills.
Understanding of compliance, contracts, and audit procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to manage multiple categories and high-volume operational procurement.
Detail-oriented with strong reporting & MIS capabilities.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
