Track’d by Techno Be With You is India’s first YouTube IP showcasing techno music sets in breathtaking Indian locations. Our mission is to promote Indian artists and India’s beauty to the world. We are now building an in-house team in Faridabad and are looking for a YouTube SEO & Growth Manager to lead our channel’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize YouTube SEO : titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens.
Improve CTR & retention through thumbnails, metadata, and strategy.
Plan and execute growth campaigns (organic + paid).
Analyze channel analytics and provide actionable insights.
Identify collaborations with artists, influencers, and brands.
Scale Shorts and cross-platform content for wider reach.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in YouTube growth / digital marketing.

Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels (brand or creator).

Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithm trends.

Creative + data-driven approach.

Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

Passion for electronic / techno music .

Experience running YouTube Ads campaigns.

Ability to spot viral content potential.
