Role Description

We are looking for one powerhouse creative — someone who can think, design, create, execute, and innovate differently.

A hybrid of a 3D artist, content creator, digital marketer, and campaign executor .

This is not a typical “designer” or “social media guy” job.

We want someone who takes ownership of the entire digital presence , end to end.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Designer based in Thane, where some work from home is acceptable. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing graphics and branding materials, creating web designs, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand identity. Daily tasks include sketching, creating digital designs, revising designs based on feedback, and staying up-to-date with design trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Design, Graphics, and Graphic Design
• Experience in developing Branding materials
• Skills in Web Design
• 3d and blender specialist
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of design principles and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred if not to skills are enough
• Produce 3D renders of products (energy mints, packaging, product shots)
• Build moodboards & visual directions for campaigns
