Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead the process mapping and implementation of our Zoho One ecosystem. You will be the crucial link between our business teams (Analysts, Operations, Finance) and the technical development lead. Your primary mission is to deeply understand our unique credit rating workflow, translate business needs into clear requirements, and ensure the Zoho platform is configured and customized to empower our team, not hinder them. You are not just a requirement gatherer; you are a process architect and a change agent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Mapping & Analysis :

• Create detailed process maps, user stories, and workflow diagrams for the entire company’s operational processes
• Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and automation  before  technical implementation.
• Facilitate the design of streamlined "to-be" processes that leverage Zoho One's capabilities.
